friendly staff helpful staff fine views restrictive breakfast buffet experience same menu
the views were very nice. i could see for miles from the hotel terrace and the dining room had a great view too. the staff were really friendly and helpful. claire and louise were super professional.
the breakfast system felt a bit restrictive. i had to order a starter and a main course and i prefer a buffet so i can choose different things. the dinner menu stayed the same throughout my stay. it was getting a bit boring towards the end.

I enjoyed a single night in the Occasion room! It was super clean. I really liked the fresh water and biscuits provided daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They really were pretty good too assist me.

the interior decor features a tasteful and beautiful design. i found the views amazing from various points in the hotel. the lobby areas, particularly near the windows and log fires, were my favorite spots. the staff are rather nice and very helpful.
the pool, while clean, felt a little too cool for an enjoyable swim.

the room included a spacious, modern bathroom with an en-suite shower. the bedrooms are decorated to a high standard of cleanliness. overall, the room felt comfortable and well-equipped.

Every staff member i encountered at reception, the bar, and breakfast provided above and beyond service. the staff are very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. they all ensured i felt welcomed.

the breakfast service offered a personalized touch, not a buffet, with carefully prepared options. i ordered a starter and main for breakfast. the food was delicious both nights i dined there, and breakfast each day was superb.
